This place is a bit walk from my office however we came here quite often because of the food.  Good price, taste good and very generous portion also.

I usually get the lamb shank when I'm here however; this time I decided to try their beef lule since my coworker always get it when she's here.
The beef lule was good however I still like the lamb shank better.

The lamb shank came with dill rice instead of white rice which is a plus.  I love the way they cooked the lamb perfectly. Unlike some other place I go to it's not tender enough.  The lamb also come with the red sauces which for some people it was spicy but it taste fine to me.

Overall, good food, good portion and good price. Will definitely keeps coming back.  Especially when I'm craving for some Mediterranean lamb shank.

Was so excited to try this place. I have been craving Mediterranean food for a while now I ordered the chicken one. For two meals and a coke $32 dollars! Kind of pricy if you ask me.

I wish they would have improved their efficiency took over 20 minutes to be served. When we arrived we didn't get greeted the guy was busy taking phone calls back to back I get it they were busy. However an acknowledgement would have been nice!

Overall I don't think I'll be back again to pricey and was not worth the price. Did not like it for a few pieces of chicken a lot of bland rice and some other side fixings that I did not eat.

Delish! The lamb shank was good. The meat was tender and juicy. The complimentary bread wasn't that good but the tomatoes cheese was ok. Service was alright but the main dish was yummy!

I'm getting closer and closer to having checked off just about all of the kabob spots in and around DTLA be them Mediterranean or Persian, but Mediterranean Delight impressed more than I expected they would with their Combination Plate.

Points of Comparison for this Review Include:

    Sidewalk Grill: 5 Stars
    Shekarchi Restaurant: 4 Stars
Soom Soom Fresh Mediterranean: 4 Stars
Sevan Garden Kebab Grill: 4 Stars
    10e Restaurant: 4 Stars
    Tipsy Grill: 4 Stars
    Corner Kabob: 3 Stars
    California Kabob Kitchen: 3 Stars
    Dream Kabob House: 3 Stars
    Sultan Restaurant: 3 Stars
    Kabob & More: 3 Stars

Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere?

The atmosphere at Mediterranean Delight is basic, and especially compared to swankier new spots like Shekarchi, 10e, or Tipsy Grill I wouldn't necessarily choose to have a sit down meal at Mediterranean Delight versus getting a to-go order. Having said that, the service is fast and friendly. Star.

Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost?

$16.00 might seem crazy, but it's actually pretty standard for a full sized Combination Plate. While the combination plate at Mediterranean Delight was a bit smaller than what I've had at Tipsy Grill or Pita Cafe, it was a hefty portion of food. Star.

Stars 3 and 4: How was the food?

These were some good skewers and reasonably good peripherals. First and foremost, both the chicken and steak were buttery smooth with good flavor, and the ground sirloin was a strong component as well. The peripherals like the rice, hummus, and pepper were just okay, but it's the meat that counts with kabob dishes and this delivered. Two Stars.

Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could?

Mediterranean Delight is a good contender, but the competition is simply too strong to give them five stars. No Star.
